upcoming exams.
Lord help me get through this hell!
scores get worse.
i don't really care anymore though.
body feels numb.
felt really, really sick.
can't concentrate.
lost the intention and interest of everything.
debating about my future.
this is my future, no? why should anyone else debates about it?
no time to have fun.
too busy for myself.
feel lonely at school.
don't even know why.
one problem over another.
i'm trying to be happy because i know that my problems will solve themselves in the end. trying to be cheerful, trying to be strong, but sometimes i'm too tired of pretending. getting too sensitive. get bothered by small problems. even bothered by my own mistakes. think too much of everything. feel like shaking myself and shout straight to my face, 'give me a break!'
maybe i'm turning "labil"?
or just plain tired?

Fashion Design Assignment: MOROCCAN ROLL
In my school, on Saturday each student has to join some sort of extracurricular lessons, one to improve our language skills and one to improve our creativity. We are obliged to join these 'extracurriculars' as the grades are to be put in our reports. And for my Saturday subjects, I chose Japanese and Fashion Design (FD for short).
I've had a great time during these lessons, and I have to say that I really love FD. Basically I love fashion and everything related to it, so I found it very exciting. In my three years of senior high school, on the beginning of each academic year, I chose Japanese and FD over and over again. But now, I only want to tell you about FD. My partners in crime during these three whole years are Shenca Adelaprianca (Shenca), Febriani Tirtokentjono (Febi), Maria Dwindita (Indy), and Christina Margaretha (Christy).
First year in FD. The students are taught to draw women figures and design clothes for women. Simply easy. Second year in FD. Taught to draw men figures and design clothes for men. Quite challenging. Third year in FD. Taught to draw children figures and design clothes for children. Who knows that children figures are the hardest to draw? My teacher, Kak Erin, tells us to make a storyboard consisting of our figures and designs--so this year I'm making a children storyboard.
Storyboard is like a presentation board. A theme is chosen for the main concept, then we have to search for pictures supporting the theme itself. After that, we make figures and designs, and we choose some colors that match the clothes to be put in our color swatches. Finally, we arrange everything onto a board an put a short writing to deliver the concept.
Since we have to make a storyboard by ourselves, we only made it in the size of an A4 paper.
My theme was Morocco. The title is 'Moroccan Roll', got the name from a famous track played by Vanessa Mae. Pictures speaks louder than words, so here it is, my storyboard!
the front--pictures, short writing, and color swatches
the back--figures and designs(click the pictures for better resolutions)
For the designs, I got inspired by a town called Chefchaoen. It's a town where every building is made out of blue bricks. It's so pretty! That's why half of my designs are completely blue. And for the other half, I imagine them as Moroccan travelers and those designs just popped out from my mind.
I guess this is my best storyboard so far, I got good scores for this one! Well, all five of use got good scores, but the best is Shenca. She got 9,9! And it's all because she forgot to collect hers to Kak Erin on the due date, so she had to collect it a week later. She's so creative and her children figures are just so cool! Her theme was Tim Burton's Halloween, shortened as 'Burtonween'. The designs are playful and unique. You should've seen her storyboard. Hers is 10 times better than mine.
I have many portfolios of my past assignments, so I'll post them someday. I have to fill this blog with something useful after all (not that these pictures are useful anyway). :P
hello world!
Hello whoever reads this!
This is my first time blogging, and I'm not quite sure what I'm going to put in this blog, but I guess I'll figure it out sooner or later.
I'm an ordinary 17 year old girl whose life is extraordinary. I love fashion! And music and literature and simply art. I love everything beautiful. I tend to play with words and make meaningless doodles, and I love to draw and sing and everything (for the record: if I say I love something, doesn't mean that I'm good at it).
I'm actually really busy at the moment, with all these assignments and exams and such educational stuff going on, but I try to enjoy all of it. That's why I thought of making a blog!
Well I'm sorry if you find some of my posts meaningless and ambiguous, but hey, it's legal to put everything you want on a blog as long as it's appropriate right?
Gotta go, still have a history assignment and a biology report in my to do list. Hope you enjoy my blog!
